What is Community Supported Agriculture?
Joining a CSA farm offers you the opportunity to connect more deeply with the food you eat, the land on which it's grown, and the people who grow it.

Mud Creek Farm Shares 2012
- As a member of the farm, you will receive a weekly share of fresh vegetables throughout the harvest season. (June through October – 20 weeks).
- A “Full Share” consists of 7-10 different items of produce a week; enough to feed about 2-4 people. The cost for 2012 is $575-$700 (sliding scale). Sign up here.
- An "Every-Other-Week Share" is available for individuals or couples who are looking for a smaller amount of vegetables. You pick up a full share every other week. The cost for 2012 is $325-$400 (sliding scale). Sign up here.
-
All members have access to seasonal Pick-Your-Own crops every single day of the week:
- flowers
- fresh herbs
- cherry tomatoes
- sugar snap peas
- green beans
- edible flowers
- and more...
- Share contents change with the seasons. Spring is heavy on the greens, summer brings tomatoes & melons, and fall yields root veggies & winter squash. Click here to see the huge diversity of vegetables we grow.
-
Members agree to share in the risk and bounty of the growing season, which means some crops may be super abundant some years, and others may be less bountiful. We grow some weird things like purple potatoes, kohlrabi, and celeriac, because we think you'll really enjoy these vegetables once you try them. Staples like garlic, onions, carrots, lettuce, potatoes, and squash are plentiful.
- You may choose to pick up your produce either Monday or Thursday evenings, 5-7pm, at the farm in Victor. You are always welcome to walk the fields, talk to the farmers, and check out how things are growing. Carpooling or taking turns with a group of neighbors is encouraged!

Mud Creek Farm is committed to natural & sustainable growing practices. We have signed the NOFA Farmers' Pledge. Instead of being Certified Organic, we choose to let you be the inspectors! See our mission page for more info.
